Minimum booking is 2 months* although it is recommended advertisements run for at least 4 months to ensure maximum coverage and to promote reader awareness.
Payment must be in advance and received by copy deadline, unless otherwise agreed. 
Monthly invoicing can be arranged and payment by BACS and standing order is welcomed.

*(Advertisements may be placed for a single month if they are promoting a special occasion or event)

Ads can be submitted in the following formats:

pdf, ind, tiff, jpeg, eps, pub, GIF, bmp, word & ppt.

To ensure good quality print reproduction supplied images and artwork should be a minimum of 300dpi

Ad dimensions are:
Full page: 128mm x 190mm
Half page: landscape128mm x
94mm / portrait 63mm x 190mm
Qtr page: landscape128mm x 46mm / portrait 63mm x 94mm

A one off charge of between £10 & £45 may be applied where a new ad build is required depending on complexity, and this will be agreed prior to any work commencing.

Copy deadline is normally around the 20th of the month, however for new ads the sooner that I receive confirmation of your booking and your ad copy the sooner I can ensure page space and make sure everything looks right for you.
